1. How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will say 'out of stock'
2. I want to place an order, but want more information?

3. When will I receive my order and what are the delivery charges?
Orders to be delivered anywhere in the UK will be charged a flat rate of £3.25 We endeavour to despatch orders within 2-3 working days once full payment as been received and cleared. Order are posted through the recorded delivery service, orders will require a signature on receipt. Orders are usually received within 2 - 5 days.
Orders to be delivered any where in the EU will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95, regardless of how many items you order and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Orders are usually received within 5 -7 working days.
Orders to the rest of the world are charged at a flat rate of £6.95, regardless of how many items you order and will require a signature on receipt of the goods. Orders are usually received within 7 - 10 working days.
4. How are the items packaged?
Every item is individually packaged in our soap boxes or gift boxes which are ideal for those special gifts.
5. Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and Delta. All accepted credit card logos are clearly displayed on the home page.
6. What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged, please email us as soon as possible on returns@mimijewels.com stating your order number and details of the damaged product. Then please return to us with the Faulty Returns number provided that we will provide to you in all the packaging via special delivery within 7 days to :

We will send you are replacement free of charge.
Non Faulty products must be returned within 7 days with all the packaging, please email us at returns@mimijewels.com to let us know you are returning the products, we will then provide you with a Returns number that should be provided when sending the products back to us. Providing the products are returned brand new we will refund within 14 days.
Under no circumstances are we able to accept the returns of earrings, body jewellery or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the cost of postage. A refund will be made to your credit or debit card.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than damaged goods.
What about privacy policy? I don't want my information passed on to third parties?
Under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict procedures and will not disclose any customer information to third parties.
