The advertising of products on the Site is the way in which we are able to display all the items available to buy through the Site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there will be breaks in supply in which case some lines will show out of stock.

It should not be possible to order any products that are not in stock. You can only place products in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the products that you have chosen will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. However on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted accordingly. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Mimi Jewels, so prices and stock availability wont be contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of dispatch email sent once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Mimi Jewels on this Site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Mimi Jewels will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.

Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the products shown on the Site, many of the products are hand-made and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique.

Most of the products on the Site are very delicate and occasionally stones may fall out of the products if care has not been taken. In the unlikely event that the product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will put things right or offer a refund. However, this must occur within the 7 day window for returns, and any item said to be faulty when they arrived to you after this period will only be eligible for a credit note at the discretion of Mimi Jewels.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.

Making A Purchase

When you make a purchase from the Site you will receive:

• A electronic confirmation email upon receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received; and
• A confirmation of dispatch email usually within 2-3 working days of your order being processed.

Mimi Jewels will use its reasonable endeavour to ensure that all products shown as available/in stock are organised for prompt delivery at all times. We normally dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of your order being processed. Occasionally, a product is out of stock due to high demand or manufacturing delay, but this is usually only a temporary situation and we should be able to tell you when stock will become available again. We will dispatch all orders as soon as all items ordered become available. We will advise you by your preferred method, email or telephone, if a product is likely to be unavailable for longer than 14 days following the placing of your order.

Mimi Jewels want you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the very best price. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that our pricing is below shop pricing and will represent the very best value available.  All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

We invite purchases from overseas and the postage and packaging charges are all outlined within the Delivery Information.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling only (GBP). Your credit card company will charge you in your country's currency at that day's exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Mimi Jewels.

If the products you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of the products. Email our customer service on returns@mimijewels.com detailing the products you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns number. Write the Returns number on the dispatch note found in the parcel and send the parcel back to us at the address above via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Once we have received your parcel we will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days after the receipt of the Returns Number.

Products returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to a credit note. A refund will not be possible if the products arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the products will be returned back to you. Under no circumstances are we able to accept the returns of earrings, body jewellery or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

For all returns, except where the products are faulty you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning the products you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of products returned as faulty, Mimi Jewels will arrange for an exchange. Mimi Jewels decision is final.

It is vital to obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

If an exact replacement is not possible a full refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned products. Mimi Jewels will not accept returned products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. If you do not inform us within 3 working days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery.

Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payments usually within 14 working days.

Please be aware that any product marked as a Special order or any product that is ordered especially for you will be charged on order and will not be able to be returned for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any purchase intended as a gift at Christmas can be exchanged/credited up to 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.

Mimi Jewels comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new Act of 1998 and as such we are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

We use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that all our products are sold at or below the manufacturer RRP and that you will not find any product we sell cheaper on the high street.

All our products are either handmade or manufactured to a very high standard. Products cannot be compared to similar products found on the high street.
